DesRoches & Company specializes in providing accounting, tax and auditing services for condominium associations, homeowner associations and commercial condominiums. Since the firm’s inception in 1988, we have performed more than one thousand audits of community associations throughout the Hampton Roads area. Our firm is actively involved in the Southeastern Virginia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and has been an ambassador sponsor for the Chapter since 1994.
Mark DesRoches, CPA, David DesRoches, CPA and other experienced staff are personally and extensively involved in the performance of each Association's annual accounting work. Mark has over twenty years of accounting and auditing experience and has served over ten years as a Board of Director member of two local condominium associations. In addition, Mark has completed many advanced tax and accounting courses specializing in community associations. Previously, Mark served as President on the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Virginia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
David has more than seventeen years of accounting and auditing experience including seven years with Price Waterhouse, an international accounting firm. David has served over ten years as a Board of Director member of two local condominium associations in various capacities including president, vice-president and treasurer. In addition, David served on the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Virginia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute from 1998 through 2003 and was the chapter’s 2002 president.
We currently service over 500 condominium and homeowners associations annually.

SEVA-CAI is a local nonprofit trade organization to provide education to community associations, individuals, public agencies, corporations, and other organizations which are members of the Chapter. The Chapter serves the cities and counties of Chesapeake, the Eastern Shore, Grafton, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Willliamsburg and Yorktown.
